- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations for the agency
- Partner daily with Agent to assure all agency responsibilities are met
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures and maintain those currently in place
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues
- Manage all agency calls on a daily basis
- Manage all inbound Sales Inquiries and Service Inquiries
- Oversee Underwriting requirements and respond in a timely manner
- Interact with State Farm Corporate regularly to assure a positive customer experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus
- Licensing required in CO, Property and Casualty, Life and Health
