
Automation Engineer - Operational Technology

- Act as OT Superuser (Tetra Pak specific network) and be responsible for compliance with the corporate OT Security Standard.
- Be in charge of automation and integration in new equipment projects
- Actively participate in process improvements through WCM (World Class Manufacturing), specifically as it relates to root cause analysis for machine issues and implementation of technical bulletins
- Provide training for the maintenance department in relation to the factory automated systems
- Keep and maintain updated documentation for the factory and machines as needed
- An Engineering degree in Automation / Controls or Computer Science or specific Controls / Automation Technical Training and at least 3 years related experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft operating systems and with network design principles.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, AC/DC drives, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ideally experience working in the following programs: Siemens Step 7 programming.
- Experience in Starter, Scout, TA Portal; WinCC; Omron; Allen Bradley; Robot Studio a plus.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
- Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $70,100 - $100,000
- Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS
