- Lead continuous process improvements such as Project Management innovation, recommendations for enhancements through technology and clearly defined and documented RASCI
- Build, manage and maintain strong relationships across Merchandising as well as with vendors and lead cross functional teams to develop and deliver project requirements
- Oversee strategy implementation by developing strategic business cases, setting milestones, managing project timelines, preparing schedules, agreements, and coordination of internal and external cross-functional partners
- Own the creation and maintenance of enterprise-wide calendars with cross-functional teams
- Develop capacity thresholds for category managers and interdependent teams
- Identify and evaluate where Control Tower support is needed across categories based on reset/activity timing
- Oversee the creation and continued updates of a dashboard to for aggregate status updates
- Manage and facilitate strong, clear, and ongoing communication and project performance updates, including sub work-streams within projects, across project teams and key stakeholders
- Create recommendations on course-corrective actions if/when deadlines are missed
- Implement and develop assigned projects, including developing scope and approach for each project, managing project timelines, preparation of schedules, agreements, and coordination of contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal resources
- Maintain enterprise communications plan and roadmap, communicating critical updates to appropriate cross-functional teams
- Use established project management methodology to ensure formal tracking and analysis of projects with clear documentation of approvals given and actions taken

- Any experience delivering large and/or complex projects across matrixed organization
- 5+ years project management experience
- Ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams with different goals and priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to business owners and to all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
- Proven problem solving and organizational skills
- Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
- Ability to make difficult decisions backed by data and guardrails
- Leadership and prioritization skills to effectively manage team and capacity constraints
- Understanding of time requirements, by process and implications on team workloadsDesired
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP Certification or willingness to obtain
