Job Location UnionJob DescriptionUpdated Job Description as of 2/20/2024Starting pay is $21.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift adder on 2nd shift, and $1.50 shift adder if working 3rd shift.Please note that the following summary provides an overview of the P&G Dayton Fulfillment Center's expectations for technicians:Operations Schedule: This site operates continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Scope of Work: This role requires to work in a warehousing environment, occasionally lifting boxes that weigh 50lbs. This role does not require you to have prior experience/training.Work Schedule: Technicians are usually scheduled to work Monday – Friday. They may be scheduled to work any day of the week, including weekends when necessary.Work Hours: Technicians are traditionally expected to work 8.5 hours per day, following a 2-2-3 rapid weekly rotation schedule. (Two weeks on first shift, and one week on 2nd shift)We have three shift options; shifts are assigned depending on business need. We cannot guarantee your preference of shift is what you will be assigned.Shifts currently available:Second shift 2:00pm-11:00pmThird shift 10:00pm-7:00amRotating shifts on a slow rotational schedule 1-1-2. (First shift for two weeks, and second shift the third week)First shift on rotations is 6:00am-3:00pmChanges in business volume and production requirements can cause the site to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. The hours of work can vary from 8 to 12 hours daily. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate to any shift. Our Dayton warehouse is located 1 mile west of the Dayton International Airport in Union, OH.As a fulfillment center Warehouse Associate at P&G, you will be responsible for leading a production line with a keen eye for detail. With on-the-job training, you will learn and familiarize yourself with core warehousing technologies and systems. Leading a production line is a critical role at P&G because you are responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity needed to meet the needs of our customers and consumers.   • Experience problem solving with large equipment
  • Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing safety behaviors
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment
