GET TO KNOW THE ROLEWork Schedule & Location: This full-time role is based in Dayton, OH. You'll have a flexible schedule that includes a 4-day work week with mandatory Saturdays to best serve our customers.Each day, you'll visit customers in their homes, understanding their needs and introducing them to Spartan Plumbing's trusted products and services. As an In-Home Sales Representative, your focus is on creating a positive experience, answering questions about product features, financing, and warranties, and guiding each customer toward the best solution. You'll close sales that make an impact and keep customers happy-plus, with Spartan's training and support team behind you, every day is a chance to learn, earn, and deliver top-notch service.Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to connect quickly with customers
  • Proven consultative sales skills with a genuine customer-first approach
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Residential or direct sales experience
  • Sales experience in plumbing or home services
