  • Assist with other front desk duties as needed
Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous hotel experience is a PLUS but not necessary
  • PEP experience is a PLUS but not necessary
