We offer more than a paycheck-we offer a pathway to leadership in a company where respect, growth, and craftsmanship are at the core of everything we do.YOUR SCHEDULEIn this full-time residential painter position, you work Monday through Friday year-round, with the expectation of arriving on-site 5 minutes before the start time, fully prepared and ready to deliver excellence.YOUR DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL PAINTERWhile working as an Experienced Residential Painter, you serve as a capable and efficient contributor who consistently applies Pearl's Best Known Methods (BKMs) to deliver high-quality finishes. You take responsibility for your tools, your workspace, and your time, demonstrating a professional and detail-oriented approach to every project. Excelling in your residential painter position, you manage tasks independently-whether sanding trim, dialing in a spray pattern, or measuring your speed to meet production goals. Additionally, you also act as a role model to junior team members, offering guidance when needed and maintaining clear communication with both clients and colleagues.This is not a static role-it's the next step in a well-defined career progression designed to recognize and reward strong performance.REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential interior and exterior repainting
Physical ability to meet job demands
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work full-time throughout the Portland, Oregon, metro area
Smartphone with a data plan for job-related communication
