We're hiring now for an Assembly Tester in Romeoville, ILWhat we offerWeekly pay of $18.94 per hourDirect deposit & debit card payment optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insuranceGet weekends offWeekly PayAssembler Tester Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)Fabricates assemblies by measuring and cutting hose to specified lengths in accordance to the manufacturing order and/or drawings to within established tolerances.Check assembled products to make sure they're put together correctly (quality control)Cleans workpiece with file, hand brush, snip or grinderRemoves small quantities of metal with hand files and snips to product close fit between parts.Tests hose or hose assembly under pressure to ensure compliance with product safety ratings.Marks object at source of leak for subsequent repair.Assembler Tester Shift InfoDay Shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pmMonday - FridayAssembler Tester Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)Experience preferredGED / High School DiplomaAble to pass a pre-employment drug screenAble to pass a background checkAble to work in the USKnowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, safety management, and controls and instrumentationReading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagramsBasic math skills to measure parts and productPhysical ability to stand for long periods and lift 30-50 poundsAble to pass a background checkAble to work in the USLooking for a job where you can work independently near Romeoville, IL?
