- Assess insurance claims for potential fraud indicators and recommend cases for referral to ZCIS investigations.
- Partner with investigators to collect additional insights, utilizing social media and background search tools.
- Participate in National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) and International Association of Special Investigations Unit (IASIU) meetings to stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in fraud detection.
- Associate Degree in Business or rising Junior with two years of coursework in Business or Criminal Justice and no prior years of experience in the Customer Service area. Contingent on admittance into University of Arizona Global Campus Bachelor of Business Administration program.
