We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager Tech 2 to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of project management, content curation, technical documentation, and testing expertise. You will work cross-functionally with product, content, and partner teams to streamline processes, deliver high-quality content and documentation, and ensure seamless user experiences through rigorous testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Coordinate workflows across product, content, and partner teams; set clear goals, timelines, and deliverables; monitor progress; and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Content Curation : Research, organize, and adapt high-quality content from multiple sources to meet audience needs, ensuring accuracy, readability, SEO alignment, and accessibility.
- Technical Documentation : Collaborate with area owners to create clear and concise technical and workflow documentation, including guidelines, instructions, and examples for partner teams.
- Testing & Quality Assurance :
- Perform detailed manual testing across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Validate scenarios involving multiple accounts and user roles.
- Conduct usability and accessibility testing with a UX focus.
- Write and execute test cases, document defects, and perform regression and exploratory testing.
- Set up and maintain test environments.
- Strong process management and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in content curation and adapting materials for diverse audiences.
- Skilled in authoring clear and actionable technical documentation.
- Strong quality assurance practices and detail-oriented testing skills.
- 5+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, content, partner) with strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- 3-5 years of hands-on manual testing experience across web, desktop, and mobile environments.
- This role is remote but requires working hours aligned to the Pacific Time Zone.
