- Creates, manages and maintains official company document to ensure alignment with legal regulatory and industry standards
- Manage and optimize document storage strategies and implement document management systems to ensure controlled access and retrieval
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and recordkeeping standards
- Provides expertise with ASME BPVC, ETL, NSF, FM and other standards related to Watts products
- teams as needed.
- Serve as point of contact for regulatory agencies and work closely with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Legal Team, and Manufacturing Facilities to ensure continued compliance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working within Engineering or related manufacturing field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize and manage large volumes of information
- Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to: problem solving, decision making, influencing, change management, written and oral communications along with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Skilled in leading multidiscipline teams working on solutions for improved product positioning in codes and industry.
- Performs all other duties as required.
- Work in an office environment
- May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
