Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Lead generate • Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis • Show homes • Negotiate contracts • Provide white-glove service Qualifications: • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiating skills • Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team) PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACTIVE SC REAL ESTATE LICENSE!
