- Partner with department leaders to oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, training, employee relations, repair and maintenance, game operations, IT systems, cleanliness, organization, service timing, product quality, cash handling, and administrative functions
- Drive daily sales performance while effectively controlling costs, labor, and cash handling processes
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused operations
- Champion a culture of safety and sanitation through consistent training and compliance monitoring.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to guest relations by engaging directly with guests on the floor
- Ensure the highest levels of product quality, service, and operational standards are consistently met
- Oversee every element of the guest experience, including product delivery, service timing, entertainment value, and overall satisfaction
- Empower managers and staff to consistently deliver exceptional guest service
- Lead the professional development of all site managers and Management-in-Training participants
- Maintain high morale and strong leadership presence across all teams
- Provide clear, direct, and constructive feedback to team members to drive performance improvement
- Develop and implement operational guidelines for effective recruitment, hiring, and staff retention

- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of Marketing and Finance
- Energetic and guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence
- 2+ years of senior management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen with proven ability to analyze data, assess performance, and drive profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams at all levels
- Expertise in staff training, coaching, and professional development
- Solid understanding of cost control strategies and operational efficiency
- Salary from $65,000 - $75,000
- Exciting Bonus opportunities paid quarterly, up to $6,000 per year
