You won’t be siloed—you’ll work across mechanical, electrical, civil, and chemical projects to help drive safety and efficiency improvements that matter.What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
  • Review daily safety incidents and help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineers and operational leaders to assess risks and propose solutions that enhance both safety and performance.
  • Lead or support hands-on projects—like developing recycling systems or automating manual safety processes.
  • Use tools like Power BI, PowerApps, and Excel to analyze data, streamline workflows, and improve documentation.
  • Participate in plant tours, training sessions, and reflection time to explore new areas and propose future contributions.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a BS degree in engineering, information systems, analytics, or a related technical field
  • Must have active student status for the duration of the internship.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.
  • Must be eligible to work onsite on a full-time basis during the internship duration (40 hours/week) and provide their own funding for relocation and commuting.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI, PowerApps, or programming languages.
