- Completes general clerk responsibilities for entering and maintaining a variety of data to include SKU and purchase order(s) management for merchandise in all MCX locations. Utilizes network computer with various software systems and applications to perform duties.
- Partners with vendors and supply chain team to monitor shipping, receipt of merchandise and price files. Reports discrepancies to appropriate Buying team, and resolves them appropriately.
- Organizes and keeps merchandise style information updated for many items across multiple vendors and classifications.
- Follows up on negotiated support from vendors for cooperative advertising, freight concessions, displays, training, vendor provided in-store support, and any other allowances, as directed. May assists with other advertising activities.
- Responds to emails, workflow tasks, calls and other inquiries.
- Effectively communicates with buying team, vendors, internal team(s) and store personnel. Performs general clerical duties as assigned.
