Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Knowledge Manager, Common Intelligence Picture Managers (CIP) – Battlefield Visualization Support supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). We also offer a 401K retirement company match, paid Holidays and Personal Time off.Responsibilities:· The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.· Contractor should be steeped in All Source Analyst techniques and have strong SIGINT background.· Provide threat data and context to the Commander's Common Operational Picture (COP).· This data and context is comprised of steady-state, crisis, and exercise neutral, suspect and hostile intelligence data in order to achieve accurate, and relevant situational awareness through tools and display that support theater plans, operations, and decision making.· Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.· Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.· Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.· Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor’s degree.Come onboard with a company that Values its Employees!Celestar is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
