- Acts as a liaison between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancement under minimal guidance.
- Actively leads and facilitates the gathering of customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications.
- Self-directs oneself to document and test systems requirements and solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions working collaboratively with the development team.
- Prepares communications and makes presentations on solution alternatives and system enhancements.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Functional design documentation experience
- Technical design documentation experience
- Healthcare experience within IIS
- Meeting facilitation experience
- Experience with PowerApps
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Web Development
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience required.
- Requires experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom).
- Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications (ERP, HR payroll, finance).
- Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word).
- Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.
- Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
