- 1-3 years of experience in the field of recreation or appropriate experience in assessing, designing and implementing social, educational, recreational and leisure activities for an active senior population is preferred. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate Degree is preferred.
