
Payments Compliance ITM Analyst (Remote - US)

- Assist in delivering the Compliance Management System (CMS) with a focus on payments, lending, deposit, and operational activities.
- Partner with business units and fintech partners to ensure accurate implementation of controls and processes to meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulations, including Reg E, NACHA, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, SCRA/MLA, Reg CC, TISA, and other consumer protection laws.
- Conduct interviews, meetings, and reviews to assess compliance program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Monitor partner controls and key risk indicators, identify gaps, and support remediation efforts.
- Perform transaction and account-level testing for adherence to compliance requirements.
- Support regulatory exams, external audits, and internal compliance initiatives.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking or compliance-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations relevant to payments and consumer banking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
