We are currently looking for a Payments Compliance ITM Analyst in the United States.This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance across payment operations and fintech partner programs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to monitor, review, and implement compliance controls that support the bankโ€™s day-to-day operations. The position requires a strong understanding of federal and state banking regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across business lines to deliver effective, scalable compliance solutions. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment where regulatory requirements and operational priorities constantly evolve.AccountabilitiesAs a Payments Compliance ITM Analyst, you will:
  • Assist in delivering the Compliance Management System (CMS) with a focus on payments, lending, deposit, and operational activities.
  • Partner with business units and fintech partners to ensure accurate implementation of controls and processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulations, including Reg E, NACHA, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, SCRA/MLA, Reg CC, TISA, and other consumer protection laws.
  • Conduct interviews, meetings, and reviews to assess compliance program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor partner controls and key risk indicators, identify gaps, and support remediation efforts.
  • Perform transaction and account-level testing for adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Support regulatory exams, external audits, and internal compliance initiatives.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking or compliance-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations relevant to payments and consumer banking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
