- Manage client accounts with accuracy, ensuring deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
- Market and place new and renewal business in line with established workflows.
- Serve as a trusted resource by answering questions from producers, service teams, and clients regarding accounts, policies, and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver a more efficient, high-quality client experience.
- Assist with projects and create materials to support recurring client meetings and the overall client lifecycle.
- Coordinate firm resources (Claims, Legal, Safety, Marketing, Technology, etc.) as needed to address client needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in niche markets or industry specializations.
- Proactively manage and grow assigned book of business, including rounding out coverage where appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information, and perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED required, two or four-year degree preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions
- Prior customer service experience required
- Required to obtain appropriate licensing within 60 days of employment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.
