- Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and other authoring tools on our LMS.
- Manage and oversee the company’s LMS.
- Create and manage end-to-end learning programs, including needs analysis, curriculum design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate complex information into accessible and engaging learning content.
- Monitor training effectiveness and apply feedback to improve instructional design and learner engagement.
- Support sales, onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and other key learning initiatives.
- Administratively support the planning, execution and delivery of training events, including working with outside vendors and managing on-site support during the events.
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop training curriculum for diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficient working with LMS platforms and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Articulate Rise a plus but not required.
- Experience working in the real estate and/or mortgage industry preferred.
- Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus.
