- The Senior Project Manager guides efforts related to our Business Development as well as operations, marketing, and sales organizations. This position will work across all DPL departments and assist the organization in implementing new technology platforms and extending the existing solution to meet expanding demand as DPL rapidly grows. The role mixes business analysis and practical execution of business solutions alongside time and resource management. In this role, business analysis is used for process transformation to meet specific business goals, functional requirements, and execution of DPL business processes and programs. This hands-on position plays a critical role in a rapidly expanding company.
- Facilitate discussions with business units to identify pain points and goals for improvement within existing business and technology processes.
- Assist in the discovery and implementation of appropriate solutions to support business development, sales, marketing, and operations functions in consideration of budget and other resource requirements
- Ability to work in a geographically dispersed business environment
- Direct projects related to the implementation of products and services within the DPL community and across our technology product offerings
- Lead cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution
- Create and own project plan including schedule, milestones, dependencies and critical path
- Manage issues and risks, including the development of contingency plans
- Recommend process and technical improvements to better facilitate DPL business services
- Generate effective reports when needed
- Ensure projects and work processes are aligned with core DPL initiatives

- Understanding of process analysis
- B.S. in Business Management, IT, Computer Science or equivalent related job experience
- Minimum 5 years of analyst and/or project management experience
- Insurance and/or financial services experience preferred
