Basic:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant work experience with Master's degree
- Location for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 15%

- Design compensation models, allowances, salary ranges, incentive programs, policy formulation, benefits.
- Linking compensation with organizational performance, management of large-impact reward programs, financial impact analysis and scenario-building, digitization for improved program implementation, benchmarking reward programs with market intelligence.
- Act as an onsite SPOC for the C&B team, providing real-time feedback and insights from the ground.
- Engage with onsite Recruitment, TPD, GI, and Geo HR teams to ensure alignment with C&B tracks.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure strategic alignment with C&B changes.
- Pre-empt compensation-related issues due to key projects and recommend proactive solutions.
- Lead the C&B-related communication efforts for key projects, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Independently resolve escalated compensation and benefits issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity.
