  • Run and evaluate reports from EIQ daily and disseminate analysis of such to the team as needed for action.,
  • Actively monitor associate productivity, high dollar work queues, and past due follow up accounts,
  • Maintain and escalate spreadsheets of accounts that require escalation to, and action by, other service lines to lead to underpayment recovery.
  • Participate in and produce (when necessary) agenda items and slides for regularly scheduled team meetings.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled check-ins with associates on the team, providing information on productivity and a forum for questions and/or concerns.,
  • Assist with any required timecard corrections or approvals.,
  • Regularly review all prediction rules, including hit rates accounts that were identified as underpayments and then disagreed with, and share findings with both the client team and Revenue Recovery leadership.,
  • Review the client teams’ upcoming and/or late PolicyTech requirements and Workday learning sessions, sharing such information with the associates.
  • Be present and active on client accountability calls.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly MOR slides to ensure they are submitted in a timely manner.,
  • Maintain other reports, analysis, and team communications as necessary.
