in eClinicalWorks (eCW) with the goal of maintaining at least three months of future availability;
upload finalized schedules to WordPress.2. Regularly update calendars and schedules in Qgenda, eCW, and WordPress based on provider
changes and preferences. Distribute copies of calendars to necessary staff.
3. Communicate appointment changes to patients and/or parents as necessary.4. Coordinate with new physicians to gather individual scheduling preferences and relay information to
supervisors.5. Stay informed of receptionist procedures to assist with morning and daily phon e coverage as
needed.
6. Order and pick up food for lunch meetings7. Create and maintain schedules for vaccine clinics, including flu and RSV clinics.8. Manage scheduling and calendar reservations for various conference rooms.9. Distribute the monthly physician on-call schedule to Washington Regional Medical Center and Arkansas Children’s Hospital.10. Provide scheduling coverage for mid-level providers during absences.11. Orient new pharmaceutical representatives.12. Monitor and maintain inventory of non-medical office supplies; coordinate timely reordering.13. Assist in the preparation of reports and support special projects as assigned. Qualifications:
- High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc.
