Education: High School diploma or the equivalent and a 24 month program or equivalent in radiologic health technology approved by the American Medical Association. Completes annual educational requirements.
Experience: NoneCertificate(s): American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) eligibility. New graduate, registry eligible acceptable.Rad Tech II:
Education: High School diploma or the equivalent AND 24-month program or equivalent in radiological health science technology approved by the American Medical Association
Experience: One (1) year experience and demonstrated competency in general diagnostic x-ray.Certification(s):
Current American Registry of Radiological Technologist (A.R.R.T) registration required.
BLS required.
Must obtain Alaska Fluoroscopy Users certification within one month of hire.Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.External Hires: Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based upon relevant experience.Rad Tech I starts at $33.22 per hourRad Tech II starts at $35.21 per hourPractice Notices:
