- Provide technical support and advocate integrated approaches of engineering efforts and support of test activities for which existing guidelines may not be available or applicable.
- Serve as a test team participant in the development of documents such as the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), System Test Plan (STP), Developmental Test (DT) Report, recommendation for IOT&E readiness, and other technical documents.
- Support Sentinel developmental test efforts to assess performance against stated program requirements.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary government and contractor team to plan, test, analyze, and report through multiple program acquisition phases.
- Support periodic reviews of integrated test results and test plan status.
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Integrated Test Teams (ITTs) as appropriate.
- Assess the network performance for various systems.
- Plan and execute network designs in a physical and simulated environment.
- Verify network design adheres to government standards and regulations.
- Advise network design with respect to hardware requirements, configurations, and limitations.
- Maintain technical expertise in layer 2 and layer 3 concepts.
- Evaluate and report on new communications technologies, network concepts, and cyber security techniques to enhance capabilities of the network.
- Bachelor of Science degree in STEM field. *Experience may be substituted for education with customer approval.
- Master's degree in applicable field. *Experience may be substituted for education with customer approval.
- 3-10 years Experience required with a Bachelor of Science degree in STEM field.
- 10+ years Experience required with a Master's degree in applicable field.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- IAT Level II (Security + certification preferred) or higher.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking.
- Knowledge of network routing protocols.
- Knowledge of network hardware and software interfaces, such as switches, routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, etc.
- Ability to conduct analysis of complex network architectures.

- Capable of communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Adheres to safety and security requirements.
- Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
- Bachelor of Science degree in STEM field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking.
- Familiarity with government communications networks and systems.
- Experience and interest in the development of large, complex, high-performing, sustainable, and secure network systems.
- Experience with building relations with technical-oriented stakeholders, defining process, and interfacing with various enterprise stakeholders.
- Familiarity with test & evaluation planning and processes consistent with DoD acquisition directives and policies.
- Familiarity with test data analysis/evaluation, modeling and simulation, and technical report preparation.
- CCNP, CCIE or equivalent certifications.
- Knowledge of communications and information security policies and practices under DoDM 5200.01.
- Knowledge of RF networks and protocols.
- Knowledge of LTE/5G architecture.
- Agile concept minded.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
