Director of Sales - Landscaping/Hardscaping:
Location: La Crosse, WIThis opportunity offers a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives: Experience: 5–7 years of sales experience with 2+ years in a leadership position. Construction industry experience is a huge plus, but we’ll provide comprehensive industry on-boarding.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our Sales Department: Deliver outstanding results.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Increase revenues, expand our market share.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships, exceed expectations.
  • Optimize Sales Processes: Improve efficiency, scalability, and closing rates.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Operations, Marketing, Installation Teams to ensure project execution and deliver customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:
