- Oversee Priority Registration process including supervision of Licensing and N.A. Copyright department’s involvement in the workflow.
- Analyze weekly chart reports and introduce new entries into the Priority Registration workflow from multiple sources that include various administrative departments.
- Perform routine maintenance of the Priority Registration workbook.
- Oversee and maintain data analytics dashboards pertaining to song delivery and registration.
- Liaise with the mechanical rights agencies to expedite registration for priority songs on a weekly basis.
- Oversee recording matching process with the MLC and other digital income sources.
- Oversee monthly MLC Top Unmatched file review.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytics to senior leadership as it relates to delivery and registration statuses of SMP controlled songs.
- Update recording matches within Tempo.
- Develop and implement new data analytics tools to improve efficiency around existing processes.
- Review data quality and identify data quality issues within both internal and 3rd party sources and escalate accordingly.
- Assist with additional ad hoc requests/projects.
- Working knowledge of music licensing and licensing rights.
- High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) as well as MS applications such as Lists, Power Automate and PowerBI.
- High proficiency in SQL and ability to query large populations of data via query editors (such as Redshift)
- Proficiency in Python and additional programming languages preferred.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude while working with multiple departments and outsides contacts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and meeting various deadlines.

- Prior music publishing or related industry experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
