
Outside Sales Representative

- Source new sales opportunities through research and prospecting.
- Works with local Store Management to secure new sales opportunities
- Promotes the product line to customers with features and benefits
- Understand customer needs and requirements tailoring a pitch to meet them and overcome objections
- Secure meetings with decision-maker to present differentiating service, terms, and conditions, pricing
- Close sales and achieve achieving sales goals
- Will use a multi-pronged sales approach: cold calling, pre-arranged appointments, and on the fly.
- Proactively expand database of prospects within assigned territory
- Team with internal/external/ suppliers to build a pre-qualified prospect list and act on it.
- Stable, verifiable work history
- At least one (1) year of sales experience
- Exceptional relationship-building skills; with customers, suppliers, and employees
- Prior automotive background preferred, not required.
- Able to represent Mavis Tire in a positive way throughout the sales cycle
