The preferred candidate has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, basic cost control understanding, basic communication, leadership skills and computer skills. May assist in monitoring payroll costs & overtime. Qualifications:
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Open availability 7 days a week in the evenings.
  • Qualified candidates will be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
