- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
- Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and new business underwriting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the company to uncover financial trends and translate data into actionable insights that improve performance.
- Develop and track key financial and customer metrics (KPIs), providing clear visibility into our performance against targets.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, the executive team, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of investor materials, including board decks and investor communications, helping to tell our company's story.
- Identify and champion process improvements within the finance function and across the company to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our financial operations are robust and competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology or investment banking environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectively
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in databases, data pipelines and SQL querying is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
