- Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation programs & projects for Veeva Network and Veeva CRM, ensuring delivery against global standards while accommodating local market requirements.
- Team Building & Enablement: Establish, mentor, and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and capability growth to ensure long-term sustainability of the solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner for senior business stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective management of differing priorities across global, regional, and local levels.
- Solution Ownership: Define functional requirements, oversee solution design, and collaborate with Veeva, Salesforce, and integration teams on data models, workflows, and platform alignment.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Shape governance frameworks to maintain data quality, lifecycle management, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and transparency reporting.
- Strategic Integration: Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and customer engagement platforms, maximizing value creation across commercial and medical functions.
- Delivery Excellence: Lead planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and change management activities, ensuring successful adoption and long-term business impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute insights on industry trends and emerging best practices to shape the roadmap and ensure that solutions remain future-ready.
- 10–15+ years of experience in IT program management or functional leadership roles within the life sciences sector.
- Proven track record of implementing Veeva Network and Veeva CRM, with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Deep expertise in customer and commercial data management, master data governance, and data integration strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing implementation teams across global organizations.
- Strong background in both Human Pharma and Animal Health business models, with understanding of commercial processes and engagement approaches.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and navigate complex business environments diplomatically.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with distributed/global teams.
