
Inbound/Receiving Lead

- Monitors compliance of departmental metrics.
- Ensures that workload is completed on time.
- Monitors the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and makes appropriate suggestions to ensure daily operations are efficient.

- Unloads and stacks material using a lifting device that is raised and lowered.
- Places forks, a lifting platform, or another lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports them to the designated area.
- Carry out other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned, effectively.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid drivers' license.
- Previous warehouse experience using a barcode inventory system.
- Previous forklift operating experience.
- Successful completion of forklift certification.
- At least 3 years in Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation, or light assembly positions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 platform.
- Employee must able lift or move more than 60 pounds on a regular basis and stand for up to ten hours a day and at heights of up to 40 feet.
- The individual must assist in making daily workflow decisions and adjust manpower as necessary.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively within the team as well as with other production personnel and staff members.
- Experience working with Microsoft OS and the 365 platform, as well as some iOS experience and the ability to interface handheld scanning devices to both.
- The work environment is typical of an unacclimatized warehouse, with air temperature fluctuating with the weather.
