- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with executives and other senior leaders to implement and increase the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning conversations
- Provide advice, insight and coaching to business leaders on their professional growth and department strategy
- Support business effectiveness on our performance appraisal process for greater results and development
- Partner with senior leaders on their employee engagement action planning strategies
- Facilitate workshops (New Leader Assimilations, Start-Stop-Continue's, team building, mission/culture creation, goal development and strategy sessions)
- Collaborate with HR groups and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic, cohesive approach for the business. Please note: Several HR functions (e.g., employee relations, policy administration, learning & development, and talent acquisition) are handled by other teams, which allow this role to have a great strategic focus on engagement, development, performance, and talent
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience, Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years' experience as a senior/strategic HR Business Partner
- Previous experience with competency models-Korn Ferry preferred
- Ability to navigate first-time and complex situations independently and drive results
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership and other HR groups
- Experience working with and developing higher-level leaders (directors, vice presidents and executives)
