Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects with a reputable GC known for quality builds, strong subcontractor relationships, and a supportive team environment.
Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to manage schedules, budgets, and scope changes
Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure jobsite safety and compliance
Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress billings
Collaborate with field teams and superintendents to resolve issues and maintain quality standards
Forecast project costs, track progress, and report regularly to internal and external stakeholders
