Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects with a reputable GC known for quality builds, strong subcontractor relationships, and a supportive team environment.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to manage schedules, budgets, and scope changes
  • Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure jobsite safety and compliance
  • Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress billings
  • Collaborate with field teams and superintendents to resolve issues and maintain quality standards
  • Forecast project costs, track progress, and report regularly to internal and external stakeholders
