Independent Level License (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT): $65,000 – $75,000 Position Summary:The Outpatient Therapist provides clinical services to individuals and families experiencing behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in an outpatient setting. The therapist is responsible for maintaining timely and accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Educational Requirements:Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing (required)Must hold or be in the process of obtaining licensure (e.g., LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT, LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center is preferred but not requiredMust comply with all supervision and continuing education requirements of the respective licensing board Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain an active caseload of clients and ensure consistent delivery of outpatient therapy servicesComplete all required clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including:Diagnostic Screening AssessmentHealth Assessment (initial and annual)Bio-Psychosocial Assessment (initial and annual)Treatment Plan and Service Plan ReviewsContinuing Care Plans and Termination SummariesParticipate in staff meetings, case conferences, clinical supervision, and interdisciplinary consultations as requiredCollaborate with internal staff and external providers to coordinate care and referralsEnsure services are provided in accordance with ethical standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational policiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and therapeutic techniques Skills and Knowledge Requirements:Experience working in a behavioral health setting preferredAbility to build rapport and work effectively with diverse populationsStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skillsCompetency in using electronic health records and other digital toolsExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamThis is a full time position
