Heritage Truck Equipment, Inc. in Hartville, Ohio is hiring a full-time office assistant to join our team to learn all aspects of the accounting/administrative/HR office and become knowledgeable of the controller job duties. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, excellent data entry skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and customers. Previous office experience, bookkeeping/ accounting experience, accuracy and excellent attendance are required.This person will learn all office duties including but not limited to payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, job costing, and quarterly payroll taxes with the end goal of growing into a office management position.
