- Six (6) years of experience in accounting.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical accounting data.
- Ability to read/interpret management policy, regulations, and directives.
- Experience and expertise in analyzing and identifying improvements needed to ad hoc accounting management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint.
- Public Trust Clearance or higher
- Preparing accounting estimates and forecasts.
- Providing accounting justifications by compiling, comparing, and correlating information about current and future programs.
- Uses automated accounting system(s) and computer-generated products in accomplishing assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint with expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
