Advertised Job SummaryRe-advertised Operations Project Manager (Engineer/Associate Engineer III), Salary: $65,539-$81,924 per year, USCA OperationsUnder limited supervision, manages and coordinates all tasks associated with one or more major, multi-agency, or enterprise projects of significant complexity and risk. Manages and coordinates all task associated with major and minor construction projects at USC Aiken including new construction renovation, infrastructure improvements and deferred maintenance. Reports to the Senior University Facilities Executive. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Extensive knowledge in facility design and construction. Extensive knowledge of project management methodology and working knowledge of theory and practices in multiple engineering disciplines. Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred: Master's degree preferred. Certified PMP, Professional Engineering Certificate, Certificate of Construction management.
