This candidate will appreciate the importance of the prospect journey and approach challenges with curiosity, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to advance growth initiatives and optimize acquisition efforts across all channels. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities:Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.Drive strategic initiatives across all acquisition channels (digital, direct, partner, in-store, affiliate, and more), focusing on seamless execution and measurable business impact.Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology partners to deliver integrated, omni-channel demand generation and customer acquisition campaigns.Champion the end-to-end prospect lifecycle, advocating for best practices in lead management and ensuring a consistent, optimized customer experience.Analyze acquisition funnel and campaign performance data, identifying opportunities for enhancement and driving prioritization of high-impact initiatives.Lead through ambiguity, providing clear direction, structure, and motivation for cross-functional teams executing multiple projects simultaneously.Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and innovation, encouraging the team to seek new opportunities and always strive for more.Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements, working closely with Compliance and Legal as needed.Act as an escalation point for issues and drive effective, timely resolution.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 7+ years relevant product development/technology integration experience in credit card, financial services, or technology sectors. * 3+ years of product management experience delivering large, cross-functional programs with clear business results to include:
  • Extensive experience leading customer acquisition across a broad range of channels, with deep understanding of multi-touch prospect journeys, lead management, martech tools, and omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated track record of launching new acquisition campaigns or products and driving measurable growth.
  • Outstanding communication, influence, and relationship-building skills—able to collaborate closely across business, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environments.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong appetite for innovation and continuous improvement.
Desired Characteristics:Hands-on experience designing and executing omni-channel customer acquisition and demand generation campaigns, especially within financial services, credit card, or payments industries.Experience balancing marketing technology and product requirements in a matrixed organization.Expertise with Agile product management and working in high-collaboration, cross-functional teams.Technical aptitude specific to financial products, user experience, and acquisition platforms.Experience managing vendor/partner relationships, including negotiation and campaign coordination.Self-starter with a continuous learning mindset and a passion for delivering best-in-class customer growth solutions.Grade/Level: 11The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:You must be 18 years or olderYou must have a high school diploma or equivalentYou must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding processYou must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
