- Can not have any other jobs that would interfere with this position.
- Keep phone charged, with you at all times and answer any calls from Home Instead and representatives of Home Instead (e.g., after-hours on-call service).
- Be available to be at a shift with as little as an hour’s notice.
- Ensure car is maintained and has gas.

- Reflect the core values of MD Services, Inc. , (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise).
- Work any shifts called upon to work.
- Review schedule with designated Service Coordinator and become aware of any potential trouble spots that might arise.
- Obtain any resources needed for on call responsibilities.
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner and respond quickly to their needs.
- Complete Care Pro intros.
- Fill in on assignments that come open
- Communicate client and Care Pro concerns or problems with owner or designated key player.
- Field new client & Care Pro inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner and schedule care consultations
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and Care Pros
- Ensure Home Instead standards are met and upheld
