Properly explaining venipuncture and other specimen collection processes. Demonstrating needle techniques and understanding physicians’ orders. Matching requisition forms to specimen tubes, labeling, centrifuging, and packaging specimens for transport. Adhering to OSHA and DEP regulations and attending annual trainings. Answering inquiries and reading laboratory results.Minimum Qualifications: Valid Phlebotomy certification, at least 6 months of venipuncture experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a High School Diploma or GED
