The incumbent will own the full validation lifecycle including developing clear test strategies, executing end-to-end testing, and ensuring timely defect tracking and resolution to maintain high standards of software quality.This hands-on role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on business-critical systems by contributing to high-value initiatives that ensure stability and performance, collaborating with a detail-oriented, solution-focused team, and gaining exposure to modern SaaS platforms and enterprise integrations - while driving process improvements and enhancing end-user outcomes.Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive test plans and risk-based test cases for system features and configurations
Lead adoption of testing tools and technologies aligned with product and architecture goals
Conduct functional, integration, regression, API (Postman), and end-to-end testing across SaaS platforms like Workday and Bullhorn
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure test coverage, identify edge cases, and promote shift-left testing practices
Contribute to test automation framework enhancements and manage the full defect lifecycle with clear documentation
Support UAT and release readiness activities including smoke testing, deployment validation, and production health checks
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or QA leadership roles, with a proven track record of owning quality efforts end-to-end; 10+ years of experience desired
Strong foundation in software testing principles including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
Skilled in designing test strategies, plans, and test cases for complex SaaS applications across HR, Finance, or Recruiting domains
Hands-on experience testing enterprise platforms such as Workday, Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar
Proficient in QA and test automation tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
Solid programming knowledge in languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with familiarity in version control systems like Git
Experienced with cloud platforms and API testing using tools like Postman, ReadyAPI, or Swagger
Comfortable with SQL for data validation and troubleshooting; adept at isolating and debugging issues using logs and tools
Strong analytical and communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, test coverage, and defect follow-through
Familiarity with SQL for data validation and troubleshooting; working in Agile/Scrum teams; and API testing tools beyond Postman (e.g., ReadyAPI, Swagger) is preferred
