Our common and preferred stocks trade on the New York Stock Exchange.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong technical and operational focus to support the delivery of enterprise AI initiatives. In addition to requirements gathering and documentation, this role will directly configure, monitor, and support AI platforms such as OpenWebUI, LLMs, and automation pipelines. You will work side-by-side with AI engineers to manage upgrades, assist with model training pipelines, validate deployments, and ensure the reliability of AI solutions in production.This role bridges business and technical functions — ideal for someone who can both translate requirements and be hands-on with AI platform administration, integrations, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business goals into clear, detailed functional and technical requirements for AI-related projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough, version-controlled specifications, workflows, and integration diagrams in Confluence.
  • Business Case Support: Assist in creating ROI analyses and value assessments for AI initiatives.
  • SDLC Facilitation: Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and work item prioritization for AI projects in Jira.
  • Platform Administration: Support, configure, and maintain AI tools (OpenWebUI, model APIs, vector databases, embedding services).
  • Model Lifecycle Support: Assist with model upgrades, retraining workflows, evaluation frameworks, and documentation of version changes.
  • Triage & Issue Management: Monitor AI program tickets, investigate reported issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
  • Process Optimization: Identify ways to improve AI delivery workflows and stakeholder engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units, engineers, and product owners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
Qualifications
  • 10 years in a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role within a technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms, tooling, configuration, automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and managing multiple tasks/projects.
  • Excellent planning and follow-up skills. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly assess issues and react to changing circumstances and new information.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn AI/ML concepts, tools, and workflows.
Preferred:
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation platforms, or data-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and API-driven integrations.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, STT/TTS, or image AI.
  • Prior experience in self-storage, real estate, or retail technology environments
