Quality Control Supervisor

• Perform quality control testing on aggregate products at various Heidelberg Materials operations and customer job sites.
• Work in conjunction with customers and sales team to develop a satisfactory relationship.
• Maintain necessary documentation of quality control procedure and results.
• Prepare documentation for customers and contractors certifying product quality.
• Complete assigned work in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory agencies
• Assist sales and operations management with other duties as necessary.

• State Certification preferred. Must be willing and able to pass the certifications if it is not currently held.
• Solid computer skills, MS Excel experience is required.
• Demonstrated basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift over 50lbs and complete other sampling related tasks on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, contractors, and Heidelberg Materials personnel.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
