This role is responsible for managing production processes, driving continuous improvement, ensuring inventory and sanitation accuracy, and smooth production.As a key leader on our team, you'll coordinate cross-functional operations, develop and motivate team members, optimize production scheduling, and help drive product innovation—all while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Position Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily plant operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and capital improvement projects.
  • Lead and coach production teams, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and R&D to refine raw material sourcing and support product development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing setting (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in plant operations and business systems.
  • Willingness to work overtime and perform physical tasks as needed.
