We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping operations of our 60-room hotel, condominiums and townhome property. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation, providing an exceptional guest experience.Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $56,485.00 - $74,518.63

- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff including room attendants and public area attendants.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring efficient room turnover and timely cleaning schedules.
- Manage linen inventory and supply levels;
- oversee ordering and storing of housekeeping supplies.
- Maintain housekeeping records, including timekeeping, room inspection reports, and maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness and resolve guest issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain staff performance standards and conduct regular evaluations.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement cost-effective cleaning practices and monitor budgetary performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification or degree preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and industry standards.
- Proficient in housekeeping software and basic office applications (e.g., PMS, Coupa, Legion, SuccessFactors, etc).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Standing and walking for long periods.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and occasional use of ladders or step stools.
