Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior or Principal Full-Stack Engineer to join their core engineering team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and wants to have a direct impact on product direction and architecture.Lead the development of scalable, cloud-native applications using modern full-stack technologiesArchitect and maintain services using microservices and event-driven design patternsDesign, develop, and optimize APIs (REST and GraphQL)Build and deploy applications in AWS or GCP environmentsWork with relational databases (strong SQL experience required; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus)Implement and manage containerized infrastructure with Docker and KubernetesDevelop solutions that incorporate event streaming tools such as Kafka or KinesisCollaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to translate vision into high-quality softwareContribute to shaping the engineering culture and best practices in a fast-growing environmentProgramming languages used include JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Haskell, and PythonQualifications:8+ years of full-stack development experienceProven experience with cloud-native systems on AWS or GCPStrong command of SQL; knowledge of NoSQL technologies is an assetSolid understanding of microservices architecture and API design (REST, GraphQL)Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)Familiarity with event streaming systems such as Kafka or KinesisStartup experience strongly preferredBonus: Background in logistics, supply chain, or marketplace platforms
