Position: OnsiteKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of software products and enhancements across teams and vendors.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, technical, and architecture teams to ensure alignment with needs and standards.
- Maintain product roadmaps, release schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor, track, and report on development progress, release readiness, and risks.
- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and oversee execution.
- Serve as liaison for integration, custom development, and post-deployment support.
- Align development timelines with resources, funding, and procurement schedules.
- Support prototyping, technical evaluations, and solution testing.
- Manage change activities, stakeholder communication, and training for new features.
- Ensure smooth transition of new functionality into production and user adoption.
Product & Program Delivery:
- Expertise in software lifecycle (planning, design, development, testing, deployment).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, technical architecture, and release planning.
- Skilled in backlog prioritization, dependency management, and feature delivery.
- Ability to monitor product performance, integrate feedback, and report on schedule, cost, and quality.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with compliance, accessibility, and IT standards.
- Ability to integrate emerging technologies into product strategies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, SharePoint 365).
- Experienced with tracking tools (Azure DevOps or similar).
- Skilled at managing multiple product release cycles within stakeholder and budget constraints.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Equivalent job-related experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT product development, engineering, or project delivery with emphasis on software lifecycle management.
- At least 5 years leading cross-functional teams through complex product or technology solution delivery, preferably in a high-tech or government environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing product timelines, release planning, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience coordinating software/system integration and post-deployment support, with ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methods, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Government procurement and IT project governance experience (Florida 60GG-1 through 5, F.A.C.) highly desirable.
